Hitachi, Mitsubishi and Seiko join the Leepl consortium

It was reported from Japan that three companies – Hitachi, Mitsubishi Electric and Seiko Epson, have expressed their desire to join the Japanese consortium Leepl, leading the development of next-generation lithography equipment – NGL (next-generation lithography) and led by Sony, NTT Advanced Technology and Tokyo. JSR, Shin-Etsu Chemical, Shipley Far East and Tokyo Ohka Kogyo, and three equipment manufacturers – Leepl, Tokyo Seimitsu and Toshiba Machine.
