Russian technologies as an alternative to strained silicon

A rather strange message appeared on the Web that the British company Scepter Electronic announced the joint development with Russian scientists of a new technology for creating semiconductor microcircuits, which could become an alternative to the use of compressed silicon, and that the company claims that the new technology will significantly improve the speed of transistors without the need to reduce the size of the element.
